But　　　　if　　anyone　　　　could　　　　be　　　found　　　　who　　　　possessed　　　　　other　　　means　　　　and　　　other　

foundations　　　for　　　knowledge；　　　he　　　might　　　be　　　said　　　to　　　transcend　　　the　　　limits　　　of　

human　nature。
